Moving Outward
Your Monday Morning Check-In for Connect with Enduring Love: May's Animals Message
Here we are! The last Monday of May! (where does this time fly to??)
I want to close this month by asking you to look at something you may not have noticed yet. Look at how you love.
Not just your animals, though yes, start there. Look, rather, at how the love your animals gave you, and give you still, has moved through you into the rest of your life. Into how you show up for the people you love. Or how it has possibly created patience you didn’t used to have - or maybe a bit of empathy for others? Has it shown up in the way you can sit with someone in grief without needing to fix it? Perhaps you find your your capacity for presence, for tenderness and/or for recognizing something true in another being has expanded.
Lukas offers his hug to many people in our lives. He doesn’t withhold it, doesn’t audition them. He just gives it. Freely, without agenda, without history. Just because.
Our animals teach us to love like that. And slowly, quietly, we learn.
This month’s closing invitation:
As May comes to a close, I’d love you to sit with this question:
Because of my animal, how have I loved differently? Who have I loved better? What did they teach me that I have carried forward?
This is enduring love moving outward. This is the gift that never stops giving, regardless of whether they are here in body or continuing to guide us in spirit, even energetically.
Thank you for spending this month here with me, with the animals, with this theme. I have loved every bit of it.
Take good care of yourselves this week — and I’ll see you next Monday with the Animals’ Message for June. 🐾

I’d be grateful if you could press the ❤️ button at the top or bottom of this email. Not only do Lukas and I love hearing from you, pressing that little ❤️, makes it easier for other people to find me. Thank you for reading and spreading the word!

My precious Sadie Rae, in spirit, taught me grace. I admit I am not always good at it, but I do try to extend grace in tough, or aggravating situations. I am far from perfect!! She taught me that everyone has their own journey, and extending grace allows them to continue on that journey without judgment. I miss Sadie so much, but I know she is by my side with another little pup who is also in spirit. Thank you Julie and Lukas for sharing lessons and wisdom. 💗
